Who wants to listen to the awful music they play at most gyms anyway? Ive always taken my own MP3 player previously but these days my phone with my own workout playlist with actual decent music that I like and it motivates me. All the standard gym stuff does is make me want to rip out my ear drums.0

When did you enter the contract?
Consumer Protection (Amendment) Regulations
You can unwind within 90 days if the trader has misled you to obtain the sale however, you have the onus to prove that you were misled and that this was a significant factor in you agreeing to the contract.
Could be difficult - does the website still say wifi is available? Is there any evidence re music?
when you say the gym are refusing? Refusing to accept they mis-sold it (despite their website mentioning it?) or just refusing to discuss it?0 -
I find it hard to believe that a £700 a year gym doesn't have wifi. My £14 a month gym has wifi.0
