Let's start with the bad news. Cel do sometimes issue claims. Right that's that out of the way.

Now the good news. Whenever they see a defence from here they drop the claim like a hot potato. They have steered clear of actually going to court of late rather than risk losing.

This is CEL, it won't go to court as long as you submit a reasonable defence like hundreds of others have on this forum

Anyone else smelt a rat with these posts? Who knows? To give them the benefit of the doubt I'll agree with the above advice.
