Convert to .pdf file, then attach it to an email. Check with the court the next day that everything has been received.

Thanks. Just found the email address. Fingers crossed, I'll keep you updated!

Make sure all your references are shown in the covering email, as well as in your .pdf file.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Smart Parking are no longer managing this car park, so signs have been replaced by Euro Car Parks... I'm hoping that will go in my favour!

My mum has just had the LBC for the same car park, I have pictures of the signs in place before they were removed if you need them.

Thank you, if it goes to court I think I will need them as evidence. Good luck to your mum, is she going to fight it? Frustrating they're targeting someone else, I've never had an issue parking there until SP took over and tried deceiving customers!

I included the claim no. in the subject line and in the email. I also included my address, tel no. and email address below my name. Hopefully that will suffice. Felt really nervous as I sent it.

Also email a copy to the other side, Smart (or their Solicitors) because CCBC have a two week backlog. Smart should then backtrack as they are looking for weaker victims and people to just pay up.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Yes she is, I can usually get these stopped with the first appeal but the invoice appeared over the Christmas holidays so we missed the popla deadline by one day as we were both away but overlapping.

I have sent a very robust response to the LBC asking to clarify certain details and state their claim on my mums behalf.

The 14 day deadline passed 2 days ago and as of yet we have heard no response.

I've already sent it to the court so can't cc them in the original email, shall I still send them a copy now?

Are their solicitors SCS Law? The claim form is signed by someone called Andrew Morgan, (Claimant's Legal Representative)
