Recomended broadband for cheap but reliable service?

    Has anyone ever used John lewis broadband? reliable? i'm with BT at the moment but paying £59 a month!!

    they are the cheapest deal i can find combining price over 12 months!

    Plus i'll get £31.50 back through topcashback!

    I was looking at them as they seem to have great feedback but are also cheap. However the catch is that the do 'traffic shaping' which is no good for me. I need 'truly unlimited'.

    Looking at TCB's site Sky looks cheaper to me with more cash back.

    I only learned of it since doing my current research on providers. As I understand it they throttle your speed if you are a heavy user.

    I know I am a heavy user so can't be having that.

    I am thinking maybe I will go with one of these deals for one year at least as since I need to get phone line installed most likely as it's a new build it would offset the cost of that nicely.

    Sky I don't think I would qualify for since I was already a customer with them before and only had a couple months break, but it will be a new address. I think I read old customers don't qualify, I have to check.
