Can you reserve holiday money at Debenhams?

I checked their EUR exchange rate in the morning, and by the time I had gone to the store later in the day, the rate had gone down. Is it possible to reserve online to fix the rate ? I could not see anyway to do this on their website.

It clearly states in the Terms and Conditions of their website that -
Daily rate: Rates change throughout the day in line with market movements and the rate you receive in store may not match the quoted rates above.

It doesn't show up in the MSE search facility but by far I have been getting the best rates from a local over priced loan type shop ('The Money Shop' in my town has been best). Able to pre-order online and the rates beat all the high street, supermarkets, travel agents, post office, you name it.
Its certainly worth shopping around with an open mind.0
