I have checked mine as well. I've noticed something even more striking: in my account summary it shows a cashback amount less than the one on the September statement, indicating that something is not updating the my account part of the site :mad:.

I agree - I've had enough with these clowns and intend on closing my account soon. I am currently in the middle of a dispute with them too as they haven't passed on the triple cashback for the first three months of having the account. I am thinking of just closing the account and taking them to the ombudsman as I've already threatened them with.
