Have just gone into check my CC statement online and all the cashback readouts are saying £0.00 when I £26 quid in there the other day.
Is this another backlash/hash from the Goldfish takeover and has this happened to others?

Are you sure it hasn't been paid out (cheque in the post?) and reset to zero for the next year?
When would you expect to be paid and how? (sorry not up on this one).
Have you contravened and terms and conditions.

Morgan Stanley/Goldfish seem to be having more than their fair share of system problems of late, especially with cashback and repayments of the same.The acquisition of wealth is no longer the driving force in my life.

They issue cash back when you ask for it in £15 multiples these days as I recall, not when your year is up, so if you haven't asked for a cheque you shouldn't expect one. Think there might have been a £30 minimum as well, not sure. Just checked mine and it' still showing balance although I haven't used it since May (only use it while the double % runs until you reach £2K at year start)
They've got an 0800 contact number - give 'em a call!0 -
Just checked and my cashback and is still showing, also there is no automatic payout you have to request it and its in multiples of £15.00.

Yep the same has happpened to me. It was there a day or two ago (including the long promised 3%* at last) now it's zero.

I think it might just be a glitch in the September statment.
I just went onto the MS site to get my cashback paid (as you have to actually request it now instead of receiving it automatically).
I notice that the opening screen after logging in ('Your Account') shows the cashback summary, £58 in my case. But if you click on the latest statement, 'Cashback Bonus Summary' reads £0.00 all the way down.
But, under 'Manage your account' on the R/H side, there is a link to 'Cashback bonus award', and that also shows the correct amount of £58.
All the previous statements show the correct cashback breakdown, it's just the September statement that doesn't.0 -

Ditch 'em. They only pay up to £20 a year at 1%, then it's 0.5% till your next anniversary date. You do better with Cap1 or Egg Money or Amex. You can get your cashback from Morg Stanley any time you've got £15 owing, but you have to go to the trouble of asking for it. I can't be bothered with 'em any more. Closing my account as soon as it's paid off this month's statement.0

Well mysteriously restored this morning....
I think they will be ditched anyway once I have rounded up to the next £15.
Maybe Goldfish have decided they don't actually want these Morgan Stanley customers... Or the LV ones. Or maybe a cat's got a paw in their bowl... Anything makes more sense than they do at the moment0
