We've been with them for years. Very happy, particularly with communication and customer service.

I switched to them (away from Utility Warehouss) last year but am dissatisfied with their billing which I contend must include their tariff for Dual Fuel, kWh and most importantly the start and finish dates for (ideally) each month's supply. Ecotricity have confirmed that they are using the Secure Pippet smart meter but all I have received from them are 'Despite our previous reminder (on 27 April) and again on 4 May, without the information I require...? It seems they no longer want me as a customer!
