CSB Solicitors - Small Claim Form

Hi there,
Firstly, I'd like to apologise if this didn't constitute a new thread, but the NEWBIES sticky seemed to suggest that I should do.
I received a PCN on my windscreen at the end of last year and I have now had about 4 letters. The last two (including the claim form that I received today) were a LETTER BEFORE CLAIM and a CLAIM FORM. I had read somewhere that the LETTER BEFORE CLAIM was simply a debt collection attempt and not a true LETTER BEFORE ACTION letter.
I have ignored all of these letters, but gather that I need to respond to the CLAIM FORM one; has anyone got any advice?
I apologise if this is already detailed somewhere else, but I'm a bit confused by all the legal jargon and abbreviations...
Thanks in advance.

A real claim form from the CCBC with a Claim Number top right, or a copy attached to the LBC 'here's what we might do'?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:
Home»Motoring»Parking Tickets Fines & Parking - read the NEWBIES THREAD0 -
Is the claim form from the MCOL centre in Northampton ??0

A real claim form - it reads County Court Business Centre in the top right and has a Claim No.0 -

Thank you - I will try to follow this the best I can. I gather that I start with acknowledging service on MCOL:

Should I post screenshots of the claim form or is everything covered in #2 of NEWBIES?
Thanks again - I really appreciate it.0 -
all covered , just acknowledge online , make a note of the password and leave the defence box blank
then start drafting a defence0 -
Who is the claimant?0

Hi there, I'm wondering if anyone can advise me on putting together a defense...? I have read the guide from the sticky thread, but am unclear which route to go down.
I knowingly parked my car in a residential car park and meant to pick it up the day after, however this was several days due to me becoming ill with Norovirus. I then had a ticket on my windscreen when I eventually managed to pick it up. I then got a small claims form a few weeks ago.
Any help and advice greatly appreciated! Thanks.0
