    Oh and another question.
Will they eventually send bailiffs round to the house?

    How?!!

Why do people think this is even possible?

  • I feel so silly now ! :S

I've noticed that my registration number was on the ticket that I had paid for -with one digit entered incorrectly.

My initial argument with them was that there must have been a fault with the machine but I can see the error.

Do I still have a right to appeal even having paid for the ticket?

Not now - you have exhausted the appeals process.
  • Is it worth still fighting and if it were to go to court , would I have a leg to stand on?

There is no fighting to do now

Ignore everything you get through the post except court correspondence or a LBCCA

Come back for advice on defending in court should this turn up in the future
  • Ok , thanks Quentin!
  • Hi all,

I have now received a letter from QDR. They are threatening me with CCJ. I have heard that pre-action protocol has got stricter which means they can no longer send threats.

Could I use this against them?

Is the QDR letter about this CEL Claim, or a different one? I don’t normally associate them with CEL.

Who is the letter telling you to pay - ZZPS?
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

  • It is about the CEL claim . The letter was passed on from ZZPS.
