So I emailed them the template yesterday and they've just replied saying they will accept a £2 settlement. Not going to moan as it's only £2 so thank you to all the replies :beer:
I wonder if that was a typo and they meant £20. Never mind, you have it in writing that they want £2. Personally I would pay that and then never go again.
