Travel money for Vegas - prepay card?

I'm going to be travelling to Vegas next Month and my budget is about £10,000 however i don't want to carry that much Cash. I'd like to have access to my money but credit/debit cards have a daily withdrawal limit and I'd like to be able to withdraw at least $1000 at a time if needed. I've been looking at prepay cards but I'm new to them and I'm not sure how they work...
In a dream world I'd like to have a card with the following features -
- No joining fee
- No fee for loading money
- No ATM fee in the US
- No fee for non use
- Fast online cash transfer to load it (max 1 day delay to be able to use)
- A good exchange rate
Can anyone recommend a card that gets close to this?

You need more than one prepaid card for that amount of daily withdrawal, the ones without fees have limits, and most ATMs will themselves charge you a few dollars each time.

I believe there's a $1 ATM withdrawal fee at Casino Royale. Cheapest in town.0

Thanks PW, i'd already heard of that and as i'm staying at treasure island its right next door.
Thanks eDicky, i'd thought there were cards with $500-$1000 daily limits, the trick is finding of there's one with no or minimal fees0
