EE and voicemail

I have recently changed my contract from T-mobile to EE. Previously I had added Hullomail for my voicemail service and this worked very well. Not so with EE. They tell me that they don't support anything other than their own which is useless.
Is this right and if not how can I use Hullomail. I have downloaded the app again but cant access to activate voicemail.
EE tell me that with their voicemail I would have to listen to all my saved emails before I can access any new ones and unlike Hullomail there isn't a list for me to delete as I wish whether I have listened or not.
Surely this cannot be right!!!!
I look forward to receiving some advice please.

A network will often say that something isn't supported if it is a third party app. Obviously their staff cannot be familiar with all apps and rather than give inaccurate or misleading advice they refuse to give any support at all, but refer you to the app's developers. This doesn't mean necessarily that the app will not work on that network0

The settings to get it working are in the link in post #2Here are the new codes. The MMI codes are as follows:
**61*hullomailbox*11# Conditional call forwarding for NO REPLY
**62*hullomailbox*11# Conditional call forwarding for NOT REACHABLE
**67*hullomailbox*11# Conditional call forwarding for WHEN BUSY
Also,
**61*hullomailbox*11*tt# Conditional call forwarding for NO REPLY (where tt=divert time up to max of 30 seconds)
ONE OTHER IMPORTANT THING:
For EE UK the Hullomail box number must be in the international format - either: +44********** or 0044**********
e.g. mailbox number 03300123456 would be +443300123456====0
