Can I still give 3 a month's notice today?

Call centre dealing with upgrades/ cancellations is closed until Monday. I have a 30-day rolling mobile broadband contract and want to avoid the payment due on 13 June. Is there another way I can do this, as I believe 3 don't apportion months.

So am I right in thinking I now have to pay for an extra month (13June-12 July) if I give 30 days notice now? Please don't say 'ring them up' because when I did this, they just refused to give me an answer!0

No, you'll pay pro rata.
So cancel today and you'll pay the full cost of the 13/5-12/6 period and then the cost of 13/6-16/6. Not sure how 3 work, but you may have to pay the full amount for 13/6-12/7 first and then they will refund you 17/6-12/7 on your final bill.0
