County Court Business Centre Claim Form

first forum post ever so apologies if incorrect

Just received a claim form from county court business centre from civil enforcement.

Parking ticket from last year and took advice to ignore, ignore and keep ignoring. Now got this and they are claiming £325.74!!!!!!

Can someone please help as to how to defend against this? What to admit to on the form, dispute entire claim, part of it etc etc

I've read coupon-mads post and taken the advice to urgently start a thread for advice so any help will be much appreciated.

    Who told you that?
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Post up the details of claim. They are usually pretty generic but you never know. The Newbies thread you alluded to contains a court section. Take a read of that.

Civil enforcement claiming for outstanding debt and damages. This is for a unpaid ticket.
Claim form is from County Court Business centre in Northampton.
I need to either fill out the forms or go on moneyclaim.gov.uk
    Anything else you need?

Acknowledge your claim. Follow the instructions in the Newbies thread. Can you type out EXACTLY what the details of claim say please. I suspect it's nothing unusual but like I said you never know.

A judgement has been made against me so it's saying I can't acknowledge it

Only option I have is admit or apply to set aside?

Obviously don't want to admit so should I set aside
