Would be a mere technicality (despite legalities), totally lost on all those who will immediately cough up as soon as the UKPC(s) NtK shoots through their letterbox.

You are course correct but we will get to see a percentage of that on here and as The Deep has just said .....
"to make life very difficult for them"

I would suggest that HMRC will hear a lot more if that happens

If UKPC does hit the wall in it's current situation, the door is wide open for landowners to walk away from a contract that is probably restrictive.

Personally, I look forward to the 22nd of May which will give us a better idea

@TD - but how many do we actually help? There are 4.5 million private parking tickets issued each year? That's over 12,000 tickets per day. We get maybe around 7 or 8 new cases coming to us daily.

    There's a big gap!

That 12,000 a day is throughout the industry to which UKPC play a part but even 7 or 8 coming here, it will soon be seen and acted upon

True, BM, but how many fight without our help, Many regard internet forums with suspicion, rightly so in many cases We can write the Sun/Sport/Mirror readers off, Teleegraph, Guardian and Times readers need minimum help, so that leaves us with Mail and Express readers.
You never know how far you can go until you go too far.

I think we underestimate the number of people who do it themselves, spurred on by newspaper articles and there is the future ITV programme which will be watched by millions

I am convinced that readers of this site use the advice without ever posting themselves

It's the same old story, we Brits tend to be silent by deadly

    Poor UKPC :rotfl:

Sadly a mere drop in the ocean as some motorists will just pay the invoices without even thinking about it :(
