I seem to recall that in a Compulsory Liquidation they're only filed at court. Unless that has changed in the last few years.

But do UKPC have a phoenix lined up once the debt has been "dealt with"?
My very sincere apologies for those hoping to request off-board assistance but I am now so inundated with requests that in order to do justice to those "already in the system" I am no longer accepting PM's and am unlikely to do so for the foreseeable future (August 2016). :(

For those seeking more detailed advice and guidance regarding small claims cases arising from private parking issues I recommend that you visit the Private Parking forum on PePiPoo.com

The problem with that is the letter "s"

    UK PARKING CONTROLS LTD

    Company number 06486938

Unless hidden away from signs, tickets etc there is no contract with this entity
Unless contracts with landowners show the letter "s", once UKPC is wound up, Registered No: 5104383 (current UKPC), surely this will mean that landowner contracts will be void

Would be a mere technicality (despite legalities), totally lost on all those who will immediately cough up as soon as the UKPC(s) NtK shoots through their letterbox.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

But all they contribute is money. We help those who potentially, will take it to court, write to their MPs, involve CEOs, appeal adverse judgements, write stuff on Facebook, twitter and Tripadviser. People like Barrie Beavis, Roger Davies, and Laura Jopson do not just pay up.

If UKPC does phoenix as another scammer, it has given us enough ammunition to make life very difficult for it.

@TD - but how many do we actually help? There are 4.5 million private parking tickets issued each year? That's over 12,000 tickets per day. We get maybe around 7 or 8 new cases coming to us daily.

    There's a big gap!
