            Hi
Anyone know if there is a backlog after valuation to offer with Nationwide?
Nationwide have stated 48 hrs turnaround.0

We are also waiting for an offer from Nationwide. Valuation approved a week ago but they queried a payslip. Sent last Wednesday. Still waiting...First-time buyer, muddling through0

Update: offer received yesterday. So it’s looking like four working days instead of three at the moment.
Unfortunately I can’t post a link as a new use but Google ‘Nationwide mortgage service updates’ and the Nationwide Intermediary website should help.First-time buyer, muddling through0

Its been nearly three weeks since we applied - we are still none the wiser! We had the send in another proof of address and our marriage certificate just over a week ago.
I emailed our broker and she said there is a backlog on applications and she hasn't even mentioned a valuation yet .. we are starting to get a little anxious now.
Anybody else been waiting this long??
 Thanks
 Em0

No I'm not sure - this is what we have been told by the broker. I'm not sure what you are insinuating?0

Hi Em, my full application went in last Monday 4th and I'm still waiting There was a valuation last Thursday apparently and I've been told by the broker they have to respond by tomorrow, 13th. It seems a long time and I feel that if it was a 'yes' I would have heard positive news by now. I've convinced myself it's bad news and because it's so slow I'll likely not hear anything tomorrow either and will have to ask the broker to chase it up. Feel pretty down about itIts been nearly three weeks since we applied - we are still none the wiser! We had the send in another proof of address and our marriage certificate just over a week ago.

I hope you hear (good news) soon.0

We're also waiting. Here's our timeline so far:
 Full application: 4 June 2018
Asked mortgage broker to check on it on 6 June. Application had been pulled for random audit.
Survey instructed on 8 June, scheduled for today, 15 June.
Now we're waiting to hear back on survey valuation and hopefully offer.0

We submitted our application on 11th, had a text on 13th to say valuation isn't until 9th July! Can't believe its that far off! Anyone aware of a backlog?!
We have since had another message to say our documents have been vetted successfully and its been passed to assessment stage. Fingers crossed!0

Received offer from Nationwide but did not receive a copy of the valuation report???
My solicitor has aske me to get this but when I phone Nationwide they told me they do not release this document only for new builds??
 Anyone and experience of this?0
