Plusnet Number Porting

Does anyone have any suggestions what I can do about the following. I bought two SIM only deals from Plusnet a week ago. One for my wife and one for me. My wife's number was ported over from BT within 24 hours. I am still waiting for mine to be ported from BT. I have rung Plusnet
four times and each time they say they are working on it but I can't get any further than that despite my best efforts.
