Aer Lingus cancellation (taxes, charges, admin fee) refund query

I recently booked an Aer Lingus economy return flight to Ireland from the UK which I have had to cancel due to family illness (and no, I'm not insured). The fare is described as non-refundable.
However my receipt for the £113.97 return flight is broken down thus:
Fare: £40.97
Taxes and Charges: £59.00
Admin fee: £14.00
Whilst I obviously cannot reclaim the £40.97 Fare, can I reclaim the Taxes and Charges and/or the Admin fee?
Has anyone any experience of the above type of scenario?
Thx,
P

If your flight was to the Republic of Ireland then in principle you can claim back the £13 APD on the outbound from UK leg of the routing. Aer Lingus may however have an administration fee which cancels this out.0

Info is on their website https://www.aerlingus.com/support/cancellations-and-refunds/
"Government tax refund" will the the £13 APD but they charge €20 fee so there will be nothing to be refunded0
