At this stage I would even pay £100 which is just about what I can afford and desperate to get rid of this. This has ruined my summer as constantly scared about this. Do not want debt collectors after me.

The claim form, yes, I was surprised you were saying it's £900, can we see it - cover your name/address and the MCOL password and claim number (only).

You cannot POSSIBLY see it off by paying £100 if it's £900.

What on earth are you talking about, debt collectors? This is a court claim, not debt collector stage. You MUST wise up and defend it well.

I want to see the claim form please, and your second draft defence - I told you what the obvious issues were with it. Edit it and improve it please, we won't write it for you from scratch.

I meant if I lose I will have to pay £900
Not if the claim is for one PCN, you do not, and nor will £900 have been through the courts if the claim isn't for that sum.

You have been watching too much 'Can't Pay, We'll Take it Away'. You are defending a claim, never mind anything else, and you have not lost the case, it is arguable but you need to prepare better. Forget your worries about bailiffs (they are not 'debt collectors' by the way).

I am confused, hence we want to see the basics and the facts of this claim. The claim form is a good start.

Yes that's the worst case scenario, but we win 99% of cases here.
