Hi,
I have a Halifax Clarity card for overseas travel, which doesn't charge a fee for overseas cash withdrawals, but does charge interest from point of withdrawal onwards.
If I preload the card with my planned cash withdrawal requirements, will I be charged interest when I withdraw the cash overseas?
Thanks for your comments.

Against the T&Cs. Just pay it off when you get back, for a normal length holiday/trip the interest will be trivial. I paid about 50p for withdrawing 500 EUR on my last holiday.0

There's literally a thread asking this very question at the bottom of this page of the forum.

Perhaps their should be a sticky about Clarity withdrawals.
Virtually every day there are posts from people asking the same question...."I'm happy to spend thousands of pounds on a holiday but how can I avoid paying a few pence in CC interest?"0 -
What about your credit rating though? Lenders can see that you have withdrawn cash, no?0
