Why are you quoting and replying to yourself??
Weird!0 -
He has no record of the second fine (hence requesting details from Parking Eye about it) and has not resulted in a CCJ, so we are unsure if it does relate to his vehicle.0

Sorry I'm only trying to help, I wont bother
I'm trying to appeal against a Parking eye ticket at Wye Valley Visitor Centre, and an new to this, I was asking for emails so I can send a link to the folder of all the images of the signs I have taken to help anyone else. The website wont let me post the link so I thought this was the best way - obviously I was wrong!!
Thank you. We have had difficulty communicating, so will try to call. As you say, the phone number on all correspondence goes to the automated payment line.0 -
Have you contacted the BPA (PE's trade body) and asked them to investigate? Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

DO NOT PHONE THEM!!
EVERYTHING must be in writing - you need a paper trail; all parking companies lie on the phone.0 -
Thread hijacker, inviting contact off-forum on another PE thread, now suggesting people phone them - Is anyone else a mite suspicious about this one?
Always suspicious of any username starting 'Palace'.
As for the OP, surely the obvious action is to get he CCJ set aside, not throw money at PE? Assume by now you've read post #2 of the NEWBIES thread and found the links about setting aside a CCJ?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Try phoning parking eye on 0870 280 7058
This number should go through to the department to talk to actually them.
The normal number only goes to the automated paying system.
Calls to 0870 numbers cost 13p per minute plus your phone company’s access charge!
All part of the PE scam0
