NHS Travel Vaccination headache.

Anyone got experience of getting travel vaccinations through the NHS? I am heading to Sri Lanka end of July, I know I should be able to get half the vaccinations on the NHS. My local GP claims that they do not do travel vaccinations. Can I go to a different GP? Would I need to register to them? My GP recommended a travel…
