Hello
Has anyone heard of this company? My mother-in-law signed up with them following a cold call (switched from BT) for line rental, phone and broadband.
£30 per month which is cheaper than BT so that seems OK but I can find very little information about them. Just want to make sure they're legit

They are 'legit' but just another BT reseller. Mainly business providers, but they do have a residential tarrif too.
I very much doubt that they'll be cheaper than BT in reality. The cheapest residential line rental, broadband and Anytime package is £32.49. The package at £29.45 is weekend and evening calls only. The rates for weekday daytime calls aren't shown but will doubtless be high.
I also doubt that they told her that the minimum term is 24 months and that the minimum charge for early termination is £249?
If she is still in the cooling off period then I'd strongly advise her to cancel now.
The only upside is that it is a fixed price contract. There are plenty of mainstream providers with better prices than BT: Plusnet, Sky, TalkTalk etc-look on the main MSE site.No free lunch, and no free laptop
