So glad that {at long last} you have got 98% of what you SHOULD have received plus the extras. All you need now is a few hours of good weather and once up you can put the whole nightmare behind you. :0)

Builder has started putting the cabin up today, so will post what we think tomorrow when it is all finished.

Trustpilot have taken my review down from their site pending investigation as below. This was apparently done 2 days ago. All the bad reviews posted at the same time I did mine have had this happen.

"Garden Buildings Direct reported this review for breach of Trustpilot guidelines. We are currently assessing the review in accordance with our reporting processes."

As of yet they have not contacted me to see all the evidence that what I have said is true. All the bad reviews seem to get taken down pending review. I assume they will email me in the next week to get all the evidence to put it back up, so it's a temporary thing.

So glad that it is up at last and I hope you are pleased with the finished job.
I do hope that Trustpilot are honest and put your review back up and that they are not just another one that gets paid for removing bad reviews when deserved.We need honesty all round so people have the chance to choose what companies are worthwhile and the ones that end up costing time/stress and money.

Gardenbuildingsdirect seem to be challenging a lot of reviews on TrustPilot. Maybe if they took that person off social media and put them in the warehouse getting things right then this wouldn't happen?

Our builder put the cabin up, all went well apart from the doors, which are warped and dont fit.
Garden buildings want a photo of the doors, which will not show the problem unless I get our builder to put them back on, so I have almost lost the will to live here as from my previous experience it means more arguing, waiting in for deliveires and it all dragging on for more weeks.

Our builder thinks he can do something next weekend to fix the problem, but he has not got to the windows yet, so I really hope they are OK

I am really dissapointed, I really thought it would be all done this weekend.
If you are reading this Garden Buildings Direct, I suggest you look at the following.

Please train your call centre staff to respond to problems in a more professional way, and to not tell people they have deliveries out, when they know this is not the case. There is nothing worse than taking a day off work for nothing.

Train your warehouse staff to pick and load orders onto the delivery trucks correctly, without missing parts, lots of your bad reviews mention this as a main problem. This is an easy one to sort out.

Quality Control - Check the quality of your products before they are sent to customers.

Trust Pilot - Take time to read the bad reviews on there and learn from them, dont just flag them for deletion.
