Thomas cook Travellers Cheques

I have found some old Thomas Cook travellers cheques I had forgotten about.Thomas Cook no longer service them .I think Travelex will cash the Thomas Cook MasterCard ones but I have Thomas Cook American Express American Dollar cheques as well.Has anyone any ideas how I can cash these.No shops/exchanges will change them.

You should be able to pay them into your bank account like any other cheque. There might be a charge or exchange rate markup for paying US$ cheques in.
