    If recompense is agreed, large payouts usually pass through various departments and are double checked, checked, and then checked again . . .

    I agree, it's almost... ;)

    It's only rarely that Banks don't take the entire eight weeks to consider the complaint. Usually only auto payouts (of small amounts) are paid out so quickly.

    I see the OP has still failed to return to clarify the discrepancies with his 2011 posts.
