NPower can't bill me !?

I switched to NPower in December, as per Martin's advice, as they were offering a good fixed price. I set up with my bank details, but they still haven't taken any direct debit, and even after asking twice, they also still can't provide a bill. Received an email today to say my direct debit will now go out in June, but for over £60 more than it should be. I'll call them tomorrow but is anyone else having this issue, or possibly offer some advice

If you are worried about possible arrears accruing, why dont you make an interim card payment while waiting for your bill?
