Would totally agree that this is a fab buy!:j :j
Bought 2 a couple of years ago (Amazon sell these or www.didicar.co.uk).
My son is disabled and unable to walk but when his twin sister was having a bike 2 years ago I decided to get one of these for him. He was able to sit on this unaided and with practise was able to steer himself around. Their grandparents have a huge conservatory with a laminated floor and this is where they use them if the weather is bad. Had to get a second one eventually, not just for his twin sister tho', we all go on them and they are great fun. It's really nice for my son to be able to play with his sister without her having any advantages over him.
His special school were so impressed that they used money raised to purchase 5, the kids and teachers love them!
(p.s date on photo is wrong)
I just had to say that those pics warmed this cynical, miserable old sods heart. Thank you.:beer:0

Can anyone help!! Need to find a Mummy make me better doll but searched and its out of stock everywhere. Didnt realise how popular it was! Can only find them on ebay where they're charging double for them!! If anyone sees them in stock anywhere please let me know!
Tesco extras are re-merchandising (toys) today and tonight for Xmas. I had a look at the pics while in store today and there is a shelf for Mummy make me better, so they should be on the shelves very soon.
I got mine a couple of weeks ago from Marshall Ward (yes I know it's Littlewoods group:eek: ) but I got that for £30 and a Be-Bratz.com doll for £25. Used a first order code (they actually sent me one) for £20 off order over £50 and free p+p, got them both for £35 and 7% back thru' Quidco too.
They are on a 4 week wait at the moment in the MW catalogue. HTH0

Many thanks for posting the lovely photos of your Son on his Didicar. My boy is autistic and has problems using scooters and bikes. I'd love to be able to buy him a special needs trike but in the mean-time he uses his Didicar. My problem is a lack of flat spaces around the house though but it's great for use at the park.Toxic & Tired - Starting 2010 afresh :beer:0

If it's helpful to anyone, Which? has a free podcast all about popular Christmas toys and gadgets - including the Pleo robotic dinosaur which wanders wild around the studio! It's got ideas for digital cameras, remote controlled helicopters and games consoles too... :j
