Interesting!
Tickle me Elmo was not a big seller last year actually. A lot of people started buying them up early thinking they would be making a bit profit on Ebay - thanks to someone here suggesting that they might be big. But if I remember rightly, most were lucky to actually get back what they paid in the end.
I saw an ad on our works 'classifieds' the other day from someone who I remember was trying to sell a Tickle me Elmo last Xmas for £50 as "this years must have toy". September and he was still trying to flog it...what a shame0 -
definately agree that it will be in the night garden stuff for toddlers, i have got my little girl the talking upsy daisy and talking iggle piggle, i bought them about a month ago but had to search high and low, a lot of places were sold out even then and they were selling on ebay for more than in the shops0

I agree with night garden (more because the parents like them though!), but I've not had a problem finding them. The hasbro toyshop (UK distributor I think) has all the night garden stuff in stock. Not sure why people are buying off ebay at inflated prices.0 -
Think Transformers is big for boys this year, there's already certain things that are hard to get hold of. Luckily mine isn't into stuff like that, he's a bit old fashioned and just builds up his wooden train set more and more!Smokefree since 27-9-20070
