SKY - nightmare please help!

I cancelled my sky package almost 3 years ago (when we moved house, I didn't move the package with us as my husband took a new deal with sky for our new address) I have only just realised I have been paying 3 years worth of payments for my old address.(don't usually miss things like this on my online banking but with my husband taking out a sky package on our new address, one payment was at the beginning and the other at the end of each month, making it look like the same account!) Sky will not help and say there is nothing I can do. There is no record of me ringing to cancel, even though I defiantly did (but their computer says no!) sure I can get this money back somehow?
I have apparently been a sky customer for nearly 3 years without knowing and without having a sky box/dish anything that goes with it. getting absolutely nowhere talking to sky - please help!!!

That said if they can't trace any call from you then I think you're snookered.0 -

So, review the situation in your head.
Whose fault is it that you have been paying for 3 years?0 -

You hve to take responsibility for this, no harm in asking Sky for the money back.
You could have get back in contact with sky to check the cancellation had been actioned.
Should have done proper checks.0
