They haven't agreed the charge!

hadn't agreed a charge either but they still paid out £195 for time and electricity as well as the £25 court filing fee rather than allow the case to proceed to court.0 -

For the record it is regarding a unpaid gym membership, seems this person has joined a local gym using my address, but alas the gym manager also does not give a hoot.

Not this old chestnut again ... No it isn't. It's only illegal to do so if the intent is to defraud or otherwise cause harm to the intended recipient.0
