Virgin media bill paid at beginning or end of month?

Hi,

I have a Virgin media broadband plan and I'm wondering whether the direct debit processed represent the internet consumed in the month to come or the month before the bill, i.e. whether the bill is paid in the beginning or at the end of the month?

Call them up and ask.

I suspect everyone is billed on different dates.

My DD comes out mid month IIRC. (my mobile does anyway)

That wasn't the question. He wants to know if money paid around the start of the month covers the coming month or the previous month,

I don't know with certainty but ime it is normal for ISPs and other telecoms providers to charge in advance which means the money covers the coming month.
