Hoping someone can help. I'm really worried received a message from Prizenut asking me to verify my number and to continue with £4.50 subscription per week from SB7 mobile enter 0593. Help ? 03301340185

I've never subscribed to this. I've reported the suspicious message to my mobile provider but I'm worried I will be faced with a huge bill

Send STOP to the five-digit mobile shortcode to end the subscription.

Call the 0330 number and make sure the subscription has been cancelled.

If money is deducted complain to the Phone-paid Services Authority.

The five-digit shortcode should appear in the message properties.

If you can't find it, just call the 0330 number and make sure they cancel the subscription.

Make a note of the date and time of the call and who you spoke to and any reference numbers they give you (if they do).
