Thank you for the link, I'm chuffed to hear this news, at least airlines will have no choice but to compensate if they were involved with scamming & irresponsible agencies. I've read the article but it doesn't state if this will also affect the passengers who had cancellation incidents before this court ruling. Any idea? Thank you0 -

Yes - it's retrospective, clarifying the law that was already in place (not inventing a new law to replace it).0 -
