DVLA, Advantis Debt collectors

Hello there, :( :( I have received a letter from Advantis acting on behalf of the DVLA regarding a late payment for my road tax (from April 2016). I realise it is my responsibility to keep my road tax up to date, but as soon as I realised that my tax was due I got it sorted. Again, all correspondence sent to the incorrect…
