I don't think resolver is meant for the scamming industry, it is to be used to resolve problems with normal companies and let's face it, the parking cowboys are not normal0 -
Yes, I agree with the comments regarding resolver. Other companies such as BT, Vodafone & Virgin have always responded and dealt with complaints fairly quickly and efficiently. I did receive an initial response from UKPC so clearly they do use Resolver and read/action the complaints!0
