  • Hi Gordon, I am also an investor in GCC. Do you have details of how to join the group?
  • Hello Jocky1 what is your name . Did you receive any paper work concerning GCC and who was it off
  • Hi Gordon, I am on the he creditors list sent to me by Abbott fielding. I was hoping to get in touch with more investors to see what path they intend to use. I've also been contacted by two claim companies wishing to act on by behalf but as yet have not signed up. Liberty have also informed me that they are using their voting rights to secure the appointment of a specialist insolvency firm to act as co-liquidators at Thursday's meeting.

Very sad to read this - wish you all the best.
  • Unfortunately I too seem to have been done out of my pension. Liberty told me they no longer deal in these type of accounts. Does anyone involved on here have any experience on how to fill out the proof of debt form sent by Duff and Phelps?

    Hello Gordon
I am new to forums. I too am a victim of GCC. I have not had any correspondence from anyone now since last year.
I have had solicitors contacting me offering to get my pension back for extortionate fees so I have not yet taken any action.
I would be very grateful if you know any information that may help.
    Thanks and regards
    Mick
