I hope the OP returns to this thread and listens to it as the producers of You and Yours would like to hear from people who have dealings with GCC.

Hello
We have a group who are trying to get our pensions back . GCC are no going into insolvency we are after any information that anyone has had in the past to see if it is still the same answers today . What did you do over your pension did you see a Soliciters over Liberty and GCC0 -
Anyone who has been the victim of a pension scam should be very wary of "scam recovery scams" where you are told you might get some money back if you pay "legal fees" or "insolvency administrator fees" or similar.
If you were advised by an FCA-regulated adviser you can claim redress from them, or failing that the Financial Services Compensation Scheme. This is a straightforward and free process. If you have no claim against an FCA-regulated company or the FSCS, there is little point throwing good money after bad.0 -
I have a claim against the IFA there is a group going again Liberty . How did you get on did you get anything back at all . When did you trouble and did you deal with Nicola0

Has everyone filed in Proxy forms and returned them to the IP.
I very much doubt unsecured creditors will get any return however, it is worth getting the IP appointed as GCC Ltd and the Directors need investigation. I'm no expert, but having seen all the marketing documents, newsletters and annual statements form one investor, this looks like a complete SCAM and was set up as such?
The IFA's who did introduce people and also the trustees appear to have done very little if any due diligence. I know it was an unregulated SIPP, however, something should be done!0 -
Yes we have proxy forms filled in0
