How did your review and request for a pay rise go? Well I hope.
DH starts his new job on Monday. They would have had him start yesterday if they could have got it through HR.
My review went well. I am now clear that there are no opportunities for promotion due to my location 250 miles from HO and my line manager is to raise my request for a pay rise with the project manager. I’m not holding my breath. I enjoy the work I do for the client but I believe that it may be time to put the feelers out to see if there is anything else out there.Save £10,500 - £2673.77 - 25.5%
