For someone who is usually a bit meh about birthdays, I have been thoroughly spoilt and have very much appreciated the gifts, cards, comments and messages I have received today. It has made the day feel very special despite the pandemic restrictions putting a kibosh on the celebrations I had planned this year .
Tonight DH and I are venturing to a pub for a G&T or 2
