mains is available (neighbours have gas supply) - i just need to pay for the mains work to my new property.
it's not listed no. No need for sarcasim. I've found out today that I can get a small govt grant assistance for improving the energy rating of the property overall. My post was just to see if others have experience of this process. Yes, the bathroom and kitchen also need re-done but that doesn't relate to the energy query so irrelevant.0
