just received the letter from Premier Park ltd. asking for £100 and if i decide not to pay they will take me to court and they are trying to scare me with a court case that happened in 2015 where the judge ruled in their favor and how it is gonna effect my credit etc... is this a harassment?0

Of course they are trying to scare you. Even if they were to take you to court and win, they would lose. Their hire a gun lawyer would cost them about £250, and you would pay them about £200.You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0

If it is for the lost POPLA one then the only thing you should be looking out for is a Letter Before Claim from their solicitors, that you have to act on, everything else you just file and keep in a safe place for 6 years.
If this new letter is for a different PCN then you need to go through the process as per the Newbies thread, appeal to the PPC and get a POPLA code then come here, construct a winning POPLA appeal that people here will check and enhance for you and then submit it within the deadline.0 -

YOU may think this is harassment , which it probably is , but there is nothing you can do about it in law because they are allowed to chase up an alleged debt and sending out letters like this is one of the main ways it is done
so if this is a follow up to your popla appeal loss , then ignore it and await the MCOL0 -
