Call your provider and get them to match it like someone has said
An S7 with a contract now should only be around £20 - £25 now
If you go in the store of you provider and show them the lowest price they should call retention's for you

They did with me and I was offered the S7 and 1 gb plus ultd mind and texts for £25 but I said no
I am waiting a bit longer for the price to drop
Spending my time reading how to fix PC's,instead of looking at Facebook.

Right, so there was no online account before she created one? You received paper bills only?

That's correct, I only ever signed a paper contract and never set up an online account myself. I've tried doing it since and all they do is ask for name, DoB, address and then they send a text to the phone to authenticate.

What I don't understand was how she switched the address. Normally they would only deliver a device to the cardholder's registered address.

Nor do I. I hadn't lived at the registered address for about a month when the upgrade took place and she hadn't lived there for 6 months either.

Which should be sufficient. What more could they have done?
I'm afraid this is the risk you take when you allow a child to use a contract phone in your name. Had you set up an online account yourself, you would have been notified as to what was going on.

How about "get a paper contract signed at the time of upgrade in store" or if they insist on doing everything online then "only deliver to the account address" like my provider did.
