I've got the same account with them, it doesn't say anywhere about being pre approved, I've got a silly amount of available credit elsewhere tho that my be an issue for them. I've got an overdraft tho no credit check for that.0

I applied last month after it popped up on my internet banking screen. I have a poor but improving credit history. I have banked with them for 5 years. I applied for an MBNA the month before and never got the headline offer and only a 1k limit. TSB gave me a platinum 0% card, estimated limit 10k, actual limit 10k. So in my case very accurate.0
