I eat my words (well for time being) apprently the buyer is no longer sending it to trading standards and decided to start posting the item back to me.

    I feel a e-cheque issue coming on!

Just forget about the return. If they return the item then refund, if they don't then it will eventually just time out.

If you call eBay in regards to the negative FB then they will remove the comment and replace it with "comment removed by eBay", but the negative will still stand, annoyingly.

    Not always.

I've twice been wrongly accused of selling fakes and filled in this feedback removal form thingy that I saw on the PS board and saved in my bookmarks (I hate calling ebay) - both times both the feedback and comment went.

I guess it's one of those luck of the draw things.

Will they remove the neg even though I have refunded? I thought they don't remove feeback in hardly any circumstances?
