Potentially looking at a flight that has a 5 hour stopover in Bahrain.... anyone know if it would be enough time to do anything other than sit in the airport?
Anyone with any tips/experiences?
Cheers

Bahrain is famous for its duty-free shop, which should provide entertainment for the full five hours.
I don't think there IS anything to see and do outside the airport: just the causeway to Saudi Arabia.0 -
You don't say what time of the day you will be there but just be aware that the traffic can be very heavy at peak times and they can put up checkpoints at random which makes things worse.
Personally I would just stay at the airport and avoid the possibility of missing your connection.0
