Fibre home broadband with static IP - who sells it?

Hi all,
I'm hoping to be moving house a little later in the year and it looks like, for the first time, my house will have FTTC broadband availability rather than the old copper I'm on here.
My question is - I'm looking for broadband that has a static IP address available and as far as I can see not many home broadband providers offer it, so I wanted to know if anyone here is aware of providers that are able to offer a static IP address (ideally at no charge but I'm not too bothered about a small premium) either at sign-up or post installation.
I'm aware of the following that do so far:
Does anyone know of anyone else - I'd quite like to build a list that I can check prices against.
Just so we're clear - this is for HOME broadband not business. However - another question while I'm at it - can I order business broadband for a home address as more providers seem to offer a static IP?
Many thanks
Alex

Zen do. You could also get an 8 IP allocation for free but I don't know whether they still do that. They will also provide a block of IPV6 addresses if you want to use that.
ETA
Block of 8 IPs is now £4 per month0 -
AAISP will give you a single static ipv4 address and a block of ipv6 addresses (you get a /48 which allows you to set up 65,536 subnets each containing 18,446,744,073,709,551,616 ip addresses so no risk of running out. The service is called "Home::1"0

Just so you know, FTTC still means copper to your house.
A&A or Uno for static IPv4 addresses, or you could go with the pound shop ISPs that you list in your opening post.Proud member of the wokerati, though I don't eat tofu.Home is where my books are.Solar PV 5.2kWp system, SE facing, >1% shading, installed March 2019.Mortgage free July 20230 -

It should be point out that they have a completely perverse way of implementing it though, which prevents the "super hub" (which is anything but "super") being used in modem only mode with a proper router. Rather than sending down the static IP by DHCP like any sane system, the hub contains special firmware that establishes a GRE tunnel back to VM to give the connection a static IP. This precludes the use of pretty much anything but the VM supplied hardware, though I believe some enterprise grade Cisco kit could also theoretically be used.
I have no idea why they do it in such a perverse way, I'm guessing its a legacy of the takeovers of the different cable networks over the years and integrating them all together..Proud member of the wokerati, though I don't eat tofu.Home is where my books are.Solar PV 5.2kWp system, SE facing, >1% shading, installed March 2019.Mortgage free July 20230
