Land Registry March Price Paid Data?

I don't know what 'report' you're referring to but the price paid data which the OP was asking about was updated at some time this morning - as at 09:15 it was still showing as February 2017, when I looked this afternoon it had been updated to March 2017
As a newbie I can't post links but take out some of the spaces below...

... shows trends only up to February (not march). The data is there, but analysing all of that data is a big task unless you have the software to colallate and interpret it (I.e. The HPI report generator somewhere on the land registry's server).0
